What is included at Meadow Peak?
In assisted living, you get your apartment plus three chef-prepared meals a day, weekly housekeeping and linen change, structural apartment maintenance, wellness programs, activities, utilities, cable TV and Wi-Fi, a safety call system, and 24/7 trained staff. Medication management and help with daily tasks like bathing and dressing are available based on your needs. Apartments have washer and dryer hookups, and a personal laundry service is available. In memory care, your loved one’s studio comes with all of their care, including medication management, and laundry is included. Transportation is offered; ask about your specific transportation needs on your tour. We’ll go over the full list on your tour.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. Meadow Peak accepts Medicaid through Utah’s New Choices Waiver, as well as private pay. Ask us about eligibility and next steps on your tour, or call or text 801-922-4784.
Can couples live together at Meadow Peak?
Yes. Couples are welcome to live together at Meadow Peak. Many choose one of our one- or two-bedroom apartments so they have room to share. Each of you gets your own care plan based on your needs, so you can stay together and still get the right support. Ask about couples pricing on your tour.
What if memory changes after move-in?
We work with families to adjust care plans as needs change. That may mean more support in assisted living, or a move to memory care or long-term care on the same campus. The goal is steady, comfortable care with as little disruption as possible for your loved one.
Can we visit anytime?
Yes. Families are welcome anytime, and we provide family members with an access badge so you can come and go whenever you like. Many families also join us for meals and activities.
